   • Each course is structured into modules that span three weeks, with content released weekly. To ensure you’ve given the program a genuine try, you must complete all lessons and activities in the first module of your selected course.

2. Request a Refund Within 30 Days of Purchase:

   • The refund request must be submitted no later than 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Submit a Refund Request:

   • Email us at support@preventativehealthprogram.ca with the subject line: "Refund Request."

   • Include the following details in your email:

     • Your full name and the email address associated with your account.

     • The course or program you purchased.

     • A brief confirmation that you have completed the first module.

2. Verification of Eligibility:

   • Upon receiving your request, we will review your course progress to verify that all lessons and activities in the first module have been completed within the 30-day period.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Once eligibility is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

2. Partial Refunds:

   • Refunds are applicable to any individual course purchased or the full program, provided the completion requirement of the first module is met.

3. Non-Transferable:

   • Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and are not transferable to another individual.

4. Exceptions:

   • Refunds will not be issued for incomplete first modules or requests made after the 30-day guarantee period.
